i totally get why the particle which is pronounced "o" is written with the kana for "wo" (を) instead of the kana pronounced "o" (お) because を is used for nothing else and in a language without spaces that uses お word-initial all the time (like in 「お茶」, "tea", or 「お金」, "money") it's important to be able to tell the words apart but NEITHER わ NOR は EVER APPEAR AT THE BEGINNING OR END OF WORDS SO WHAT THE FUCK
